The Swimming Hole – Atagahi Lake | Leica M-E, Leica Summilux-M 35mm
My how quickly the weather can change here from day to day. The scenery on my morning walk is about to change as we close on our new residence later this week. We will be in town and my view will have a much different look, so to speak. So thought I’d better capture these views while I can.
Duane, there is a guy named Tony at 2nd & Arch here in Philly. He sells coffee and if he knows you he can sell you losing lottery tickets and…. he’s a street philosopher of sorts.
Tony invented a saying many years ago that may or may not apply to your moving situation……:
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder , so get beholding.”
Good luck to the family with the move.

I’m in the “beholding” mode as in any other mode will “cost” a lot more! Once in the new place and the mindset adjusted life will be just fine. Actually looking forward to being just a couple blocks from town center, local coffee house, sandwich shop and some great places to hangout and listen to great music. The camera will be seeing different stuff than it is now when I walk.

Ya know, if ya think ya might be lost…just see the Leica in the right hand and your wife’s hand in the left and ya realize ya ain’t lost at all…..
This of course works for you, for me it’s the camera in the right hand and some shopping bag in the left…..
Tanya is in Macy’s….but it’s cool ….
