I’m very proud of my oldest son as he earned his Eagle Scout rank this past week. These are photographs I made at his Eagle Rank Board of Review. For those unfamiliar with Boy Scouts and their ranking system, there are 7 ranks (Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, Life and Eagle) where the Eagle Rank is the top rank one can earn. Not every boy who joins Boy Scouts earns the rank of Eagle, only around 5% do.
The board of review was held this past Thursday at the First United Methodist Church here in Brevard who sponsors our troop.

I wanted to be an Eagle Scout but with abusive and un-inspired scout leaders I quit. It was nothing like the Cub Scouts. It became work and training for the Army. ha
