My wife and I were on our way to The Biltmore House in Asheville on this past Wednesday, January 4th, however we made a slight detour into the Sierra Nevada Brewery instead. I have visited the restaurant/bar section of the brewery in the past but had never done a “tour” of the brewery operation. You can schedule a private tour if you’d like or be part of the group tours they schedule but in our case we walked the public areas and viewed the brewery on our own. Attached are a few of the photos I managed to capture along our walk. Of course, we treated ourselves to a couple of their selections and enjoyed a late lunch in the bar.
