Upon my arrival home from Miami this past Wednesday, my wife picked me up at the airport. I hadn’t eaten yet and we decided to head over to one of our favorite places, P.F. Chang’s, over at Biltmore Park Town Square. After finishing a late lunch early dinner we headed home. As we were driving home we realized, “hey it’s Wednesday and they’re playing jazz tonight at The Phoenix.
