As I mentioned in my last post, my family and I moved this past month back to the (no longer little town) where I grew up in Southwestern Ohio. Of course, I have no idea where you live that may be reading this but Spring has not yet arrived here. Maybe it has where you live but I’d really like to see a nice spring day very soon!
Brevard, NC, where we just moved from, is not in Florida or in the south per se, but I was able to put close to 1,000 miles on my BMW K1200GT in February there in the mountains of Western North Carolina. So far in Ohio I haven’t seen one day that I’d venture out on my bike.
BTW, in an upcoming post I will talk about the new ride I’m on now. Shhhh, but I traded in the 2003 GT for a new bike. That’s how bad I have the motorcycling fever.
